A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time to transfer the deposit to a future booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

For the safety of our team, clients are asked to secure pets and ensure safe access to the property during the scheduled cleaning time.
If conditions are deemed unsafe, services may be rescheduled at management’s discretion.
