A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.

Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time to transfer the deposit to a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Same-day cancellations are not permitted.

This policy allows us to protect our team’s time and maintain scheduling integrity.

To ensure a safe and efficient service:

• The home must have running water and electricity.

• Pets must be secured or contained during service unless otherwise discussed.
• Clients must provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time.

• Excessive clutter or hazardous conditions may require adjustment to pricing or rescheduling.

We treat every home with care, respect, and professionalism.

In the rare event that accidental damage occurs, we are committed to addressing the matter promptly and responsibly.

Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

We do not assume liability for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or items of high value not disclosed prior to service.

Integrity matters to us. If something happens, we address it directly, respectfully, and professionally.

We respect your privacy.

Any personal information shared with The Golden Broom is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service purposes.

We do not share, sell, or distribute client information.

Photos taken for documentation or marketing purposes will never reveal identifying personal information without written consent.

Discretion and professionalism are part of our standard - not exceptions.
